This tastefully furnished home offers excellent access to the nicest parts of Nice and the incredibly beautiful surrounding areas.

Please note that the self-contained apartment is suitable for persons with restricted mobility but is not fully wheelchair accessible.

Our luxury villa to rent in Le Rouret is well situated to explore the Cote D’azur and Grasse, the perfume capital of the World. Le Rouret is a charming Provencal village typical of the region with its traditional bakers, cheeses, grocery stores, pork butchers, flower shop, chemist and a church. It is the ideal place to discover all the charms of our beautiful region. The perfect place to spend a healthy holiday!

Noted for its great restaurants, including the Michelin starred Le Clos St Pierre and the Bistro du Clos which is owned by the same people and is open for breakfast. A very good Pizzeria, indian restaurant and a supermarket is just a 5 minute drive away

The nearby port town of Antibes is the perfect place for authentic French cuisine and people watching while the beautiful hill fort commune of Gourdon offers magnificent panoramic views. The Cannes Film Festival is a 35 minute drive from the Villa and the train journey to Monaco is quick, cheap and hassle free. Access to and from Nice airport is only 40 minutes by car and flights are available to and from most UK airports all year round
